Disliked: 2 story 2bdrm. A/C hard to regulate. Room needs updated. Shower curtain is stiff as a board. Needs to be trashed. Wallpaper peeking off thru out.

Parking on-site is $15/day.

Disliked: Did not know have to pay $15/d for parking on-site until checking in.

Great choice for a family...

Liked: It's a good location for a family stay if you want to be on this side of Los Angeles. The housing is very clean, private and the area feels safe. We were there for a family gathering and visited the nearby botanical gardens, which were awesome.
Disliked: If you arrive at night, the parking might be full, so it means a slightly longer walk, but this was only an issue the first night - the good news is it felt safe. Otherwise, our stay went well, and the staff was always willing to assist if needed.

Nice rooms and great location.

Liked: Very roomy, and clean.
Disliked: Thought the bi-level would have two floors, but there’s also an outside flight of stairs with no elevator. So three flights if carrying your bag up to the top room. Hard for older guests. No bottled drinking water in the room, temps of around 100 degrees that day. Had to pay for the two bottled waters we were given in the lobby.

Liked: Location was great. Room was spacious.
Disliked: The only thing I can say that I didn’t like was there were lots of spider webs and spiders on the stair railings and outside our room doors as we went up to our room. Unfortunately they ran out of some of the food at Breakfast early and didn’t replenish it.

It was okay

Liked: I like the spacious, room the kitchen the bed, the fact that it had a fridge. The bed was comfortable. The staff was really nice and friendly.
Disliked: The sofabed, looked really old it was falling apart, the pillows were not at all comfortable, there was staples sticking out of the carpet, near the kitchen, and my toddler could have really gotten injured. The sliding restroom door was just awful. The rooms are nice but seems some stuff needs to be upgraded especially the carpet, pillows, & sofa bed
