Nice location for Orlando visit

Liked: Very nice location for enjoying Orlando Universal Studios and Disney World. The offered shuttle service worked quite well and is very comfortable. The personal was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast service provided was good for American breakfast.
Disliked: The room was a little small for 5 people and kitchen equipment not sufficient for 5 people.

Very nice place & nice...

Liked: Breakfast, room, location.Staff very friendly and helpful especially Francesca at the front desk
Disliked: Ice machine didn't work in room. Safe's battery was dead so needed to have fixed. Pool and hot tub water was dirty (leaves and cigarette butts). Exposed elevator button plate.

Not as standard of a...

Liked: I’m extremely disappointed with this location. The bathtub was leaking water all the time. The nearest entrance to my bedroom looks old, the carpet in the hallway to my room smells humid and feels high humidity. The breakfast is mediocre for a Marriott hotel. No body cream or any personal first kit at all. The lady in front desk was very supportive.
