Unfortunate experiences

Liked: The pool itself was nice. The access from our side of the hotel to breakfast was convenient.
Disliked: AC was not working properly, and neither was the dishwasher. I booked a room with a tub, we were given a shower only - my children take baths. The "crib" was a pack n play, and we went through 2 others that were broken. We decided to just take the 3rd and make do, though it was broken as well. The young ladies who set it up didn't know how, then they made it up with lots of sheets and things that are dangerous for a baby to sleep in. Coffee was horrible. The freezer still had melted popsicle juice in it, and we had to clean it ourselves before we put anything inside or turned on the ice maker. Just overall very poor.

Quite an impressive experience

Liked: The buffet breakfast was perfect and I really liked the environment. This is my second time of using this hotel with my family
Disliked: There is no telephone in the suite and also we had to carry our suitcases to and from the room.
