Disliked: The shuttle service they advertised was almost impossible to reserve. Our room was only serviced once during our five-day stay. Also, the additional daily parking fee wasn’t disclosed in the listing.

Disliked: You know I had special request due to my son's disability, heis unable to take so much noises. The first room they gave us, was towards the pool, and so we had this constant remarkable annoying noise from some machines penetrating through our room despite the fact that we were on 7th floor. First we thought it's going to be okay and we'll get used to it, but was practically impossible and neither of us particularly our son could go to sleep. Eventually few hours after midnight, I had no choice to call front desk complaining about this situation. The very friendly, polite and nice gentleman by the name Mr. Nathan, immediately responded and brought a luggage cart and transferred us to another room on the opposite side of the pool. Very nice, clean and comfortable room with much less disturbing sounds. Herewith, I would like to convey my sincere appreciation to Mr. Nathan, and highly recommend him to the hotel manager. We could then sleep comfortably for the next 4 nights. Thank you again Mr. Nathan.
