The experience was mediocre.
Liked: My initial experience with Latoya was great. Customer service was 10/10. They serve breakfast every morning and it’s not just a muffins and orange juice. They serve a nice hot breakfast.
Disliked: I didn’t like the manager charging a card on file without authorization. Once I checked out she charged that same card AGAIN. Without authorization.

Liked: Well placed and located.Facilities very adequate
Disliked: GPS Goole maps does not lead one to the front admin area on arrival. In darkness of night this is a problem

Liked: We arrived very late after airway delay.GPS directed us to the non-entrance access point - difficult to find out where admission office was
Disliked: All ok really. Just the GPS direction to the front entrance

It was ok but for...
Liked: The check in and out. Breakfast, comfortable king bed and sofa bed, kitchen and refrigerator, shower and quiet room (we slept great) and smelled really fresh and clean.
Disliked: The carpet was loose and uneven in the middle of the room, details around the room that need a fix. We had to ask for the sofa bed's sheets (they brought them fast but when opened the bag and removed the pillow it smelled awfully fungal), We didn't intended to use the kitchen fortunately because there were not cups or glasses and not enough utensils for 4.They charged us $5 per day for parking.

We did not end up...
Liked: I spoke with Booking.com customer service rep on 24 March 2025 indicating that we had to check out of the Residence Inn as it did not meet our needs. We checked in, went to the room and immediately checked out. The Assistant General Manager understood our situation and indicated that they would grant us a full refund, and that we were to call Booking.com and have them contact Residence Inn to initiate our refund. I got an email from Booking.com acknowledging my conversation and dissatisfaction and then I got a further email saying that “Unfortunately, we were not able to reach an agreement between you and the accommodation. Customer Service will now look into this issue closely and contact you shortly.” I have not had any update from Booking.com since. I would appreciate knowing the status of my refund on this matter.
