This hotel is very clean,...
Liked: Hotel was very clean, rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. Very nice set up, small kitchen was equipped with everything from pots, to dish washing detergent. Bathrooms big and well organized with shampoo/conditioner etc. The staff I must say was very friendly and welcoming. Their breakfast was also a plus from oatmeal to hard boil eggs. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. I brought my pup on my trip with me and even him enjoyed his stay.
Disliked: I think the pool area could use a bathroom, would definitely make going to the bathroom easier than running down the hall to find one. Other than that great hotel.

Very good stay except for...
Liked: The bed was very comfortable and well made.
Disliked: The breakfast was terrible. Worst I ever seen in a hotel.

Very comfortable, quite and clean...
Disliked: Need luggage valets and a safe in the rooms. Maybe they where there, but couldn?t find them.

Disliked: Stayed at this hotel only for one night and though this hotel was nice and clean we had a huge issue with the charges on my card and just saying huge issue might be an under statement after prepaying for our room we were asked for a card on file for incidentals which is not at all out of the norm as we?ve stayed at many hotels before. It wasn?t till the next morning we realized my card had 6 holds totaling almost $700. After speaking with the young lady at the front desk who was very nice and asked her why there were so many holds on my card unfortunately she could not answer that being that it was done by the night staff. Obviously extremely upset being on vacation on Christmas week now we?re told my bank has to release the money and that could take days not hours days. After refusing to accept that answer she took my information down for the accountant to call me the next day when she was in. After waiting for a reasonable amount of time and no call and no refund of my money my wife called the hotel and asked for the accountant and was told she called out sick but she can speak to the manager after speaking with the manager she stated she would look into it and call us back in 2 hrs so 4 hrs later still no call my wife called of course we get a voicemail after leaving 3 voicemails no call back. It wasn?t till I placed a review on booking.com that a manger all of a sudden calls us and states they removed the holds but we would need to speak with our bank for access to or money at this point it?s after 5 so that was not going to happen. Not one single person offered an explanation as to why or how this could?ve happen nor did they apologize for the huge error. So they took their money and we thought that was the end of it I was just glad to have my money back but nope they charged my account took it back at some point and then now almost 2 weeks later have recharged my card.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast in the AM was decent. Kids enjoyed the pool, until 10pm a plus. Location for us was great, not far from the Palisades Mall. Grocery store literally right next door.
Disliked: The bed wasn't as comfortable as it looked.
