Disliked: The pull out bed had a brownish liquid under the mattress! And had hair all over the sheets that were on that bed. I am STILL waiting on my REFUND! I will not delete this until I get it either!

Liked: The property was great and super clean. The front desk and housekeeping staff was excellent, super attentive and friendly.
Disliked: The parking lot was still pretty icy from the winter weather

Liked: Right in the middle of OKC. Not far from everything you want to see.

We like the Residence Inn...

Liked: We really like this chain and seek it out amongst others. This one was in a good location and had free parking.Good size room with great kitchen area.
Disliked: Unusually this didn't meet the standard of other Residence Inns. The bathroom required maintenance, there was a greasy handprint on the shower screen and questionable hairs in the shower. The shelf in the shower was loose and there was a lot of mildew. The toilet was also loose. We could hear a very loud mobile phone conversation from the next room which we've never experienced before. The sofa bowed in the middle. The external lighting was visible through the curtains all night.
