Was highly disappointed that I had to pay extra for outside parking with the price of the room.

Liked: Bedding was very comfortable.
Disliked: Bathroom and dressing area tiles were not clean, especially around corners; lots of hair and stuff on floor that I reported to the desk clerk; barking dogs in the next room woke me up; not a happy camper - did not expect that in this type of hotel and especially for the price I paid. Please group all dog owners in a certain area.

Over all I would rate...

Liked: Lobby was nice and location great
Disliked: Was not well maintained. I had to fix the flusher on the toilet w every flush to keep it from running all night. Also the bathroom light was failing and would not always turn on. And the bathroom wallpaper was peeling off and hall ways in bad need of paint.

I enjoyed it

Liked: Very nice and clean and good location
Disliked: 23.00 dollars to park my vehicle in the parking lot of the hotel I was staying at. I thought that was ridiculous

Very good

Liked: The people working there were super nice and accommodating. Place was clean and felt clean. Walking distance to so much and love that it is by the river
Disliked: Didn’t love that they were short staffed. The bed was super squishy so sleeping on it all night hurt my back. Also bummed they didn’t have a hot tub.

Nice older hotel and convenient...

Liked: The convenience of being able to walk and explore was nice.
Disliked: I can imagine that when this hotel was built it was beautiful. It is still a nice hotel but it does need some upgrading. So many new hotels being built that are up to current standards and people expect all the hotels they stay in to be just as nice as the next.

Clean and quiet hotel, I...

Liked: Fast and easy check in. The hotel was clean and quiet. And the check out is 12 which is great.
Disliked: At night it can be a little chaotic outside but you have to remember you are downtown. Not too bad
