Residence Inn by Marriott Oklahoma City Downtown/Bricktown

Was highly disappointed that I had to pay extra for outside parking with the price of the room.

Liked: Bedding was very comfortable.
Disliked: Bathroom and dressing area tiles were not clean, especially around corners; lots of hair and stuff on floor that I reported to the desk clerk; barking dogs in the next room woke me up; not a happy camper - did not expect that in this type of hotel and especially for the price I paid. Please group all dog owners in a certain area.

Breakfast was very nice and fresh. Front desk staff were very helpful and the room itself was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again anytime.

Liked: The standout was Nate on the front desk! He was always genuinely interested in how your day had gone and if there was anything you needed. It was like coming home after a big day out. Impeccable service!

Liked: Large suite was nice size.
Disliked: Not properly equipped for having a full kitchen with stove top. No working coffee machine. Reservation was for 4 people and the room had only 3 towel sets. Took 2 days to get additional towels after multiple requests. Reception and management not very customer focused. Breakfast was terrific as were the breakfast staff.
