Liked: the option of the two pools is very good.

My wife and I were...
Liked: The location was great. We always like to be higher than the mid level of a hotel.
Disliked: The only thing I can suggest would be more of a variety for breakfast although the food was good but the coffee was only warm not hot.

Disliked: Their online information was very misleading. There was no ?private beach? or fireplace outside. The front desk has no since of communication at all. They always seemed frazzled when I went down with my complaints. We were given a room that we didn?t book because they said they were overbooked. The room was disgusting. There were crumbs all over the kitchen, exploded cheese in the microwave, poop stains in the toilet, AND bloodstains on the sheets. I could not sleep the first night because I didn?t even know if our sheets were cleaned. It looked like the room hadn?t been cleaned in a few weeks. When I brought the complaint up the first night, the front desk guy told me to go downstairs to the employee lounge, knock on the door, and ask for extra sheets because that?s all he could do. No one answered the door after 15mins so I went upstairs and the guy was on his phone. He finally just went to get the sheets himself. The next morning I brought my complaints to the front desk lady. She said that they would send housekeeping within an hour. I had to cancel some reservations to wait for housekeeping and they never came. So we decided to leave for the day, but when we came back at 9pm, housekeeping STILLnever showed! Which made me really upset so I went back to the front desk and they acted like they haven?t heard the complaint which demonstrates a lack of communication. And the director of the front desk called me and did not know what was going on, which was more upsetting because that morning, the lady said she would speak with her manager and send housekeeping. Obviously that never happened. We had to do our own housekeeping even though I booked this hotel because it had an awesome cleanliness rating online, and I get sick very easily and with covid I thought this was a good choice. Again I was wrong and there online profile was very misleading. I changed our own sheets and my friend cleaned the poop stains out of the bathroom. The whole experience was unpleasant.

Bait and switch
Disliked: Booking promised unobstructed bay view. View was of highway and and parking lot.
