Great facilities and location, but...

Liked: Great!
Disliked: Housekeeping didn’t clean our room during our stay, despite requests to the front desk.

Have some work to do...

Liked: The location, the view of the bay, and the city. The kitchenette. The restaurant and the karaoke
Disliked: The TV didn't work the entire time I was there. We constantly alerted the staff and the situation was not rectified. We didn't receive any compensation for our troubles. The breakfast never switched and was constantly the same food options. Sometimes the food was either cold or over cooked.
