Good room, good location, not...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Did not have my room serviced any of the 3 days. I left my room by 10:00 am each morning and my room did not get serviced even once

Overall very good

Liked: The staff was excellent. Provided good direction and recommendations. Was allowed early check- in which was key.
Disliked: My room had a faint smell of smoke.

Everything was going well until...

Liked: It was a nice room and the view was very pretty.
Disliked: It reeked of marijuana, the hotel staff didn’t seem like they wanted to help, the sofa bed mattress was broken, and housekeeping was so rude. They definitely didn’t clean the room before I went in there because I found empty tubes of weed in the cracks of the sofa bed.
