A nice relaxed visit to...

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast service was kept clean throughout. The location is excellent for walking to attractions and landmarks.
Disliked: Bed and pillows were a little soft

Hotel is great, except for...

Liked: Location is perfect, staff is very friendly and effective. Almost all perfect with the facilities and room too, except for a few things that could be improved.
Disliked: Bed is too soft, seems like a really old mattress. Loud noise coming from the AC fan that I could not turn off or turn down (it is like a central AC that is always on). The hotel had issues with the Booking system and they did not solve this issues for me. Instead, I had to expend hours in the telephone talking with booking and with the hotel. I was a bit stressful and the property should have resolved this, not me.
