I think we would stay...

Liked: Location, clean room, much better breakfast selection compared to standard american buffet, easy check in and out, no surprises on the bill
Disliked: Fridge didnt work but it was promptly replaced and also diswasher was not working but for two nights we didnt need it so i was not urging engineers to fix it. But it could have been avoided if it was checked during cleaning.

We had a great stay...

Liked: Breakfast is excellent. Location is perfect - close to park and Times Square and subway stations.
Disliked: Elevator situation was slow. There was a fire alarm that woke us up at 3:30 am and I was terrified after that.

Passable

Liked: Perfect location, elevators were quick despite high occupation, check-in went smoothly.
Disliked: Tiny cupboards in the rooms. Our doorlock was damaged, it had to be basically removed and we couldn’t enter the room for hours, missed our prescheduled program. No compensation was offered, no answer neither feom the hotel nor from booking.com assistance…

Superb

Liked: Great room, with nicely equipped kitchen, 59th floor gives you wonderfull view, all well maintaned and cleaned, Elevator in the morning maybe a cheleleges stopping on many floors. Other than that is was fully momorable experience.
Disliked: Breakfest, as international travel is difficult to get used to US breakfest standards, paper plates, with plastik cutlery make it even worse experience... breakfest was above average.

Great stay

Liked: Very friendly and professional staff, great amenities and top location.
Disliked: 2 lifts were permanently not working. During rush hours we had to wait around 10 minutes to catch it
