Superb

Liked: The location.
Disliked: Using the lift. During check out, my family and 5 others waited for the lift for 55 minutes on the 45th floor. Unfortunately, only 1 lift was working. It was a very horrible experience.

Recommend with caveats

Liked: Room,the veiw was amazing , clean bedding and towels daily. Breakfast was fair.
Disliked: Lifts were haphazard and when full will still stop on the other 49 floors that may have had the button pressed! Awful and even worse around breakfast time.

I think we would stay...

Liked: Location, clean room, much better breakfast selection compared to standard american buffet, easy check in and out, no surprises on the bill
Disliked: Fridge didnt work but it was promptly replaced and also diswasher was not working but for two nights we didnt need it so i was not urging engineers to fix it. But it could have been avoided if it was checked during cleaning.

We had a great stay...

Liked: Breakfast is excellent. Location is perfect - close to park and Times Square and subway stations.
Disliked: Elevator situation was slow. There was a fire alarm that woke us up at 3:30 am and I was terrified after that.
