Great place to rest before...

Liked: The hotel is located within 7 minutes of JFK and provides a frequent shuttle to and from the airport. The rooms are designed to have all you need for a short or even longer stay. There is a fitness area and even a laundry room which is great. The newer hotel just across the drop off area has a great bar and restaurant. What we loved the most were the staff members, The hostess at the restaurant was amazing and the reception staff went above and beyond to accommodate us in a better room since we initially only had one bed for 3 people (our little son needed one of his own)

Ideal hotel for a lay...

Liked: This is the perfect place to stay for a lay over. The hotel offers free shuttle service, all staff we met was very welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was superb. Go for it!
Disliked: The hotel exceeded my expectations.

Clean, comfortable, convenient hotel for...

Liked: The hotel was convenient to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and efficient.
Disliked: I left before breakfast opened at 6:30 am so I would recommend having some breakfast options for those who have to go to the airport early in the morning. There was also a continuous white noise in my room that came from the bathroom. And the AC was too loud, unfortunately -- at the end I switched it off.

Liked: Staff were helpful and welcoming, and check-in was fast which was great after a long flight delay
Disliked: The airport shuttle was a bit tricky to find when we arrived
