Residence Inn by Marriott Near Universal Orlando

Great time and ease staying...

Liked: Big rooms, kitchen and within walking distance to Universal. Does have shuttle bus. Several restaurants within 5 min. Walk. Would stay here again. Good breakfast and nice pool.
Disliked: Beds little stiff but not terrible. No pool towels had to get from front desk.

Great choice if you are...

Liked: Proximity to Universal . The staff was very accommodating at checkin finding a first floor room for my elderly in-laws
Disliked: Breakfast space got super busy and crowded but still managed to find seating

Disliked: What I didn’t like: the ripped desk chair and the sofa bed had a lot of stains

Excellent stay!

Liked: I loved my stay! The room was very comfortable, and the facilities were spacious and modern – including the gym, laundry area, and outdoor terrace. The staff were always kind and attentive! We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Orlando.We used the shuttle service to Universal Park, and everything went perfectly.

Liked: Immaculately clean & impressive building with very good facilities
Disliked: Asked the front desk for an extra blanket & 2 pillows as we had 5 adults sharing an apartment. The blanket was delivered but the pillows never arrived even though we asked for them a second time.
