Liked: the location of the hotel was great. easy access to whatever you wanted to do. they have a nice breakfast buffet with plenty of seating available and even though we didn't use it but the pool area and grill availability if you want to cook for your family is such a great option.

Liked: The breakfast was awesome. The price was decent compared to Universal hotels. It was very close to Universal that we could walk. Had a kitchen and full refrigerator. I loved that it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Loved that the Kitchen had utensils. Loved that they got us a room right next to our other group members.
Disliked: I wish the pillows were more comfortable. I'm not sure if the doors are metal or not but if they are I would suggest "Do not disturb" magnets for the doors instead of the thing that hangs on the door knob. Ours kept falling off. I wish the shower had a door so we weren't getting water all over the bathroom floor.
