Great Stay!

Liked: The room was spacious enough for our group and the amenities were great!
Disliked: Our toilet did not flush well in our room and the pull out sofa/bed was not comfortable to sleep on.

Liked: Location and part of staff was really good, pool zone and gym - very good.
Disliked: 1. Valet - it was awful, unresponsible kids working there. First after i left my truck on valet it was shown as "parked" next day i took it to drive for business and then i left it on valet again, later i found that for 2 days IT WAS NOT in there system as parked vehicle. ( kids just forgot how to do there jobs), i asked for manager - but he was always not here today. and the way this kids communicate - they need to be fired. Last time when io checked out the kid drove my truck through the street not through parking without my permission. so your valet parking not worth a penny with this service. 2. staff. some reception managers were totally helpful, but some other white manager was trying to shout at me when i reminded him that the were supposed to clean up the room while i was walking with my dog(we talked about it with reception hours before and scheduled all this. totally unprofessional even more he tried to tell me that it is not his fault and responsibility - housekeeping failed. i will avoid your hotel. it is the second time im staying in Residence Inn - your is better then in Weehawken, but still not worth it.

Liked: The location was great, the staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Had to ask a couple times for supply refresh but didn’t ruin the experience for us.

Wouldn’t stay here again

Liked: Too crowed but decent
Disliked: Associates were rude both front desk repeatedly and bar area.
