I would never recommend the...

Good location, great room, just...

Liked: Great location, nice room with kitchenette including dishwasher & large fridge/freezer. Gym looked good although didn’t use it. And roof top bar had great views of the city. However only one bar tender meant a long wait up be served.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor with basic options, banana & apple were the fruit choices. White bread, bagel, muffin & very little hot choice (& cold). So bland & uninspiring. Coffee & orange juice was good though. Advertised as complimentary breakfast but for the price paid it definitely is incorporated within the cost & I expected better. Paper plates & cereal bowls are grim. On one day no china bowls or plates at all & had to use cardboard cereal bowl. Cereal tasted vile & of cardboard. No housekeeping. We requested it daily yet only came once after several calls. Long wait at the roof top bar due to only one person serving. Pool is not that good. It’s uninviting & trapped in a wind tunnel. High rises surround it so it’s in the shade, was so chilly we gave up & went back inside (it was 85 degrees in the sun). Of the 3 lifts 2 were out of order one day & 1 was completely out of order the whole stay. Being on the 20th floor meant we couldn’t exactly use the stairs. On getting home discovered a large pending payment on my card. On chasing to find out what it was, discovered that a $100 holding deposit had been charged for every night stayed. We hadn’t been advised of this on check in or when we checked out. Wouldn’t stay again at that price.

The stay was excellent other...

Liked: Staff was excellent and was close to the things we wanted to do
Disliked: The breakfast was the same thing everyday. Would be better if they changed up sausage and scrambled eggs to bacon and another type of eggs and add hash browns/ potato
