I will always stay here when in Nashville!

Liked: Beautiful hotel in a nice area in Nashville. All the staff that we encountered were wonderful and friendly. It's within 10 minutes of downtown where so much is happening. There was a fully equipped kitchen and the room was just perfect! They serve an awesome hot breakfast that had plenty to choose from for everyone.
Disliked: The only negative was that I had to leave at 10:30 pm to pick up my kids from a teen event they went to - when we returned there were no parking spots. We had to park up by the curb at the front. It's obviously a popular hotel and the entire place was filled - so I guess that is why there were no spots. It wasn't that big of a deal and there was a security guard outside on premises who told us where we could park. That was nice that someone was walking around outside.

Liked: The room is spacious, although it was not what I had booked. I had booked a room with two queen beds, but was given a room with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is sufficient. The table only had 2 chairs and we are a family of 3 so we used the office chair in the kitchen. Lots of closet space. The shower was very hot. Good water pressure.
Disliked: Very dated facility. Mattresses are old and lumpy.We picked this hotel because it had a pool. The first night we used it. We noticed some damage to the pool. When we went back the next day the pool was closed for repairs. My 9 year old couldn't understand why we could swim in the pool one day (with damage) and not the next.

Disliked: However, many things in the residence are broken. Closet door, bath floor. Old pull out sofa. Old towel/ smell in one bathroom.

Liked: The price seemed fair.
Disliked: Reserved and paid in advanced online through Booking, was given options with different pricing for different rooms. We paid the higher amount of the available choices for an inner courtyard room that said it faced the swimming pool so we could take our child to the pool. When we arrived, the room we received was on the far outside corner of the facility closest to the intersection and traffic. When we asked about the reservation that we had made, we were told there were no guarantees and that we couldn't be moved. The fold out couch mattress was stained and disgusting. There was no bedding. We called for bedding, and it never arrived, and we ended up going to get it ourselves. It was very loud inside the room, you could hear the nearby traffic the whole night. Overall, I was not impressed and would not recommend it. I would not stay again.
