Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville Airport

I will always stay here when in Nashville!

Liked: Beautiful hotel in a nice area in Nashville. All the staff that we encountered were wonderful and friendly. It's within 10 minutes of downtown where so much is happening. There was a fully equipped kitchen and the room was just perfect! They serve an awesome hot breakfast that had plenty to choose from for everyone.
Disliked: The only negative was that I had to leave at 10:30 pm to pick up my kids from a teen event they went to - when we returned there were no parking spots. We had to park up by the curb at the front. It's obviously a popular hotel and the entire place was filled - so I guess that is why there were no spots. It wasn't that big of a deal and there was a security guard outside on premises who told us where we could park. That was nice that someone was walking around outside.

Liked: The manager on duty, Daniella, was nice. The breakfast was variety and pretty good.
Disliked: The front staff was not personable, the rooms were not hotel clean with dust on baseboards and mirrors, one dresser had soap bars under the front 2 legs, I guess to balance it. Very outdated hotel. There were holes in the carpet by the kitchen area which was a trip hazard. AC didn't work in one room upstairs, so manager on duty showed me another room in which one of the doors was off hinges and leaning in closet. The price was way too high for what was offered. Very dissatisfied.

Liked: Absolutely enjoyed our stay! The staff was always helpful and friendly. The breakfast cook, Roberto, was amazing!!! The food was delicious, he kept all the breakfast items well stocked, and he worked hard with a smile on his face the entire time!
Disliked: I enjoyed everything!

Very comfortable and worth the...

Liked: Good location nice sized roomsI like the gate, which gave an extra sense of security. Nice breakfast (except the eggs didn’t look good)
Disliked: We did have to kill a cockroach in the room, but it could’ve come from outside. Everything else appeared clean and sanitary.

They got us cuz AC/DC...

Liked: Okay… good family and long term stay spot, needs updating and more kitchen tools and dishes - close to airport
Disliked: Out dated - motel style … good front desk staff
