I will always stay here when in Nashville!

Liked: Beautiful hotel in a nice area in Nashville. All the staff that we encountered were wonderful and friendly. It's within 10 minutes of downtown where so much is happening. There was a fully equipped kitchen and the room was just perfect! They serve an awesome hot breakfast that had plenty to choose from for everyone.
Disliked: The only negative was that I had to leave at 10:30 pm to pick up my kids from a teen event they went to - when we returned there were no parking spots. We had to park up by the curb at the front. It's obviously a popular hotel and the entire place was filled - so I guess that is why there were no spots. It wasn't that big of a deal and there was a security guard outside on premises who told us where we could park. That was nice that someone was walking around outside.

Disliked: In listing shuttle to airport was available. Upon arrival, hotel stated shuttle no longer available. Therefore, we had to call uber which round trip cost us $40.00 that was no expected

Liked: The room is spacious, although it was not what I had booked. I had booked a room with two queen beds, but was given a room with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is sufficient. The table only had 2 chairs and we are a family of 3 so we used the office chair in the kitchen. Lots of closet space. The shower was very hot. Good water pressure.
Disliked: Very dated facility. Mattresses are old and lumpy.We picked this hotel because it had a pool. The first night we used it. We noticed some damage to the pool. When we went back the next day the pool was closed for repairs. My 9 year old couldn't understand why we could swim in the pool one day (with damage) and not the next.
