Liked: The location was good, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room we had (2 bed) was spacious, the beds were comfortable, pillows weren't like rocks!Outside space was lovely, pool and firepit highly recommended
Disliked: It was a bit dated and could do with a bit of an update

Disliked: When I arrived on Friday, the person who helped me told me my reservation was canceled. I had the first reservation I canceled on paper, and the second one, which was the correct one. This girl told me more than twice that there was no reservation. It was very unprofessional not to check the system properly.Then, in the room they gave me, the bathtub was in poor condition, and the shower was clogged and unusable. I waited until Saturday morning for the person in charge to arrive so I could fix it. This seemed pathetic to me. And the shower curtain was completely broken. Water was spilling from the shower into the bathroom. I'd always stayed at this hotel, but it was the first time I felt and saw that the quality of the hotel wasn't the same.I think the quality is out of focus when first it is from the Marriott and second, and no less important, you are paying for a room with ALL THE AMENITIES AND THAT IS WHAT THEY SHOULD OFFER WHEN YOU PAY ..YOU ARE PAYING FOR IS NOT FREE. And the sofa bed mattress is completely sunken in. It's a shame they don't care about the hotel's quality. And Booking.com should also focus on the quality of the rooms the hotel is offering to Booking.com guests.

Liked: Front desk Agents, both, the one who checked me in and the one at departure, very nice, knowledgeable, great customer service. Happy to know this is a pet friendly Hotel, that will definitely make me go back.
