Accommodations were very good. Financial...

Liked: It was very nice.
Disliked: They had the financials all screwed up. I am still waiting for an $880 adjustment of overcharges to my credit card.

Superb

Liked: Elevator access to the doggy bathroom. It was right off the beach. Security measures with the key guards are great and the continental breakfast was well cooked.
Disliked: I have not received my deposit refund after our stay. The amenities were not the best and shouldn't be charged separately for them. I

Liked: I loved everything about this hotel. The friendliness from the staff, the clean hotel and rooms, free parking, a gift when you arrive, hotel being on the beach, complimentary breakfast, bar and grill on site and the ocean view from the hotel. Amazing!
Disliked: Yes, there were no restaurant around the hotel(s) so you would to drive to places. The staff was not able to recommend places to eat outside of the restaurant inside the hotel (so I could DoorDash/or Uber eat). The food truck was closed during our stay.

Liked: Tunia at the front desk was AMAZING. She welcomed my daughter and I with a huge smile and a warm hello. We were in town for college visits and chose to spend an extra day so we could have some beach time. While the weather wasn't great to us we enjoyed the time spent on the balcony overlooking the ocean and beach. Our room was HUGE and spacious. We greatly appreciated the space to spread out. Everything was clean and stocked. While we know the hotel was busy we heard absolutely no hotel noise in the halls at any time. The kitchen had all the essentials as well as the bathroom. We also loved that we were given passes to use the hotels beach towels- so helpful and appreciated. Breakfast had selections for everyone's taste and was well stocked. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

It was Decent. Won’t stay...

Liked: Great location. Friendly staff, Great breakfast.
Disliked: No hot tub. The kiddie area outside was not working. The ac in the room would go on/off. There was no body wash or conditioner. We asked the lady outside the room that was cleaning for some and she seemed annoyed. We tipped her $5 for helping us, but thats her job. That should have been filled before we even checked in. And there was also no paper towels. We needed up buying some. We honestly would not stay here again.
