Nice hotel. Needs better customer...

Liked: The location was nice. The ocean front rooms are great. The ocean side view is okay. The breakfast buffet was good.
Disliked: Staff didn't explain how to get to the room using the key card in the elevator. They also didn't explain where to park and how to use the different elevators to get to the rooms. We ate at the bar and grill the first night. Condiments on the table were expired. We didn't get napkins or silverware with our food. I don't think it was the bar tenders fault. He was having to do everything.

We liked Myrtle beach but...

Liked: Location and ocean view
Disliked: Breakfast was not proper during our stay. The fruits were not available, the waffle makers were not working properly. Even one day there was no bread. Once help and service was asked, response was very rude. The employees were complaining about delivery of the foods and their managers. We needed to wake up around 7 am to have kids having a breakfast. The breakfast is until 9.45 am, however if you go after 9 am, you cannot find anything. Room was also not clean. We learned after second day that hotel was not a full service hotel and cleaning is not available after one week. We stayed 6 days at the hotel and we got only towels during this time. There is also not available cleaning equipments to clean the room like toilet brush, broom, etc.

Disliked: Need More kid friendly attractions in the hotel

Liked: Clean. Spacious. Pet friendly. Love the showers!!! Easy to find.
