Liked: The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were so grateful to be able to check in early. The facilities were perfect. The location was right behind a shopping centre, which was handy, and yet the area was very quiet. The breakfast was beautiful. We had such a comfortable stay.

Liked: The rooms were very clean and well laid out. The location was good and the breakfast quality outstanding.
Disliked: There was this very rude lady staff who kept on arguing with me and when I chose to turn my back because of her rudenesss and I left the lobby and went outside she even went as far as to follow me and was shouting and provoking me to answer back claiming she was pregnant. A while later we saw her smoking outside with her colleagues. Very rude imagine I avoided confrontation and yet she followed me outside. How unprofessional. The hotel cameras could prove this that she followed me outside.
