Lovely modern hotel, great facilities...

Liked: Love this hotel, very new, lovely big rooms and very friendly staff. Lots of amenities on site and a great little bar in the connecting hotel.
Disliked: Nothing not to like.

Liked: The location is perfect and it is very clean.
Disliked: I was expecting that since this is a 4 star hotel there will be amenities like slippers for guests and a complimentary bottled water each day. I booked for 3 persons and were only given a 1 bottled water during our 5 days duration of stay. I asked for a pair slippers in the front desk and said they don’t have any without even checking or doing an effort to accommodate my needs. The next day my friend ask the front desk again (not the same person i asked last night) and this time they even gave 2 sets of slippers sent to our room. It only shows that the other staff really did not make an effort to find us slippers. I called also the front desk to ask if a complimentary bottled water were provided to guests each day and they said that i have to buy it. I was just surprised coz in my experience, the hotel will provide those amenities. But on other that i am impressed with the property’s cleanliness.

Liked: Very clean. Big bedrooms and bathrooms. Very kind and accommodating personnel.

Good spot to stay, would...

Liked: Location was great for our visit (friends in the area). Parking was suitable. Room worked well as we had our dog with us. Staff polite and friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was not quite as good as expected. Selection for teas not great, oatmeal was lumpy and a bit overcooked. Fruit selection was good and the yogurt options. Not a dislike comment, however, when travelling with a pet it would be helpful to have something on site (back of hotel maybe) for disposal of pet waste. You have to wander off campus to find something.

Great stay with family!

Liked: Decent breakfast, limited but good options. Parking underground was safe and comfortable even though it is paid. Even though I reached before the check-in time, I was allowed to park the car. Staff was polite and understanding. Rooms are big and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing bad.
