Liked: Mattress was really comfy. Studio was spacious and clean.
Disliked: Front desk service awful. No smile, not looking happy to serve customer and rude when they answer question. Also they didn't want to take name of people that will stay at the room, they said they dont have to. But when my husband came back later in the evening the security at the parking never let him come back in the hotel until they call in my room after 3h30AM!!!!! He was waiting outside from 11pm to 3h30am!!!!! Awful service and on top of it I was already asked to take the name and plate number and they didnt want to.....that should avoid all this situation.

Liked: The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What truly stood out was the staff’s hospitality; they were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
Disliked: Overall, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The options were quite limited, and the quality of the food didn’t quite match the rest of the hotel’s otherwise high standards. It would be great to see a wider selection and fresher items in the future. That said, I would still recommend the hotel and hope this feedback is helpful for improvement.
