A Great, Relaxing Out of...

Liked: I kept having travel delays and the staff were very reassuring. Since I had pre-checked in, Colleen got us in and to our room. She even made a map to get to the the Alice Cooper concert down town. The suite was perfect. Checking out was just as easy.
Disliked: The overwhelming pizza smell in the hallway, both days. Kept making me hungry. I'm on a diet.

Liked: Have yet to be dissatisfied with any Residence Inn.

Disliked: Could have been told the pool was down

Liked: Loved the fresh fruit at breakfast. Front desk personnel were great.
Disliked: Took forever to get hot water in the bathrooms. Bed sheets looked like they were slept in already. It took a bit to be able to crawl in. There was public hair on the floor by the sink. I wish housekeepers were given ample time to actually clean the rooms.

Decent for a short stay

Liked: Conveniently located to family. Liked the living area and kitchenette option. Breakfast was nice that it was included. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Mattress was not comfortable. Had a dip. Walls are very thing. Took shower forever to warm up and then the water pressure wasn’t great after 5 minutes. Didn’t enjoy the fact that there were also dogs permitted in rooms. Heard a dog barking early in the morning and heard chairs being moved around a lot upstairs.

Liked: It was clean, staff was great and breakfast was pretty good
Disliked: The pool was closed and not disclosed when I booked. We took our grandchildren to ski and the one that can't ski we were going to let her swim. Very disappointed she had nothing to do.

Liked: Staff was very nice! Breakfast was good. Pool temperature was comfortable and there were always clean towels available at the pool. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
Disliked: Hotel key didn't always work for the pool
