Disliked: Elevator didn't work and late check in and pool was dirty wasn't clean after my late check in probably due to short staff

Liked: I really liked the location, it was clean and all the staff seemed very friendly. Check in was easy, when I asked for ice, I was provided a nice size bag that lasted the whole stay. I would stay again!
Disliked: I did not mind that the elevators were not working, however that was the excuse being used for all issues. When we asked for more towels on our 3rd night's stay, we were told due to the elevator issue, no towels were available. And breakfast could have been served longer, was only served til 9 am. The tvs were hard to navigate, we didn't ask for assistance with it, we just choose to have a tv free time. Overall all these are very small issues.

Horrible experience and horrible customer...

Liked: Location was good. Rooms were big.
Disliked: Check in took forever. They gave my parents a supply room. Elevator was broken and gave us a room on 3rd floor. My family was ok with that but they gave my 80+ year old parents a room on 3rd floor after they couldn’t stay in supply room. Then hot water ran out in both our room and my parents room when taking a shower. Our door lock kept getting stuck and you had to throw yourself against the door to open it. Then I got stuck in my room and couldn’t get out because I haven’t opened the door. They didn’t give us towels so when we went down to front desk to ask for them we waited 20 min because they were checking someone in and they were just chatting about life in general. Then when they got to us they said they ran out of towels and gave us bath mats to dry off with. When I went to check out and tell them what happened they said they would comp our rooms. They won’t respond back to booking.com to confirm compensating rooms.
