Liked: Check out day the gentleman on the phone was helpful.
Disliked: Dirty, tv broke, baby diaper or something all over pool and in water and when I mentioned it the workers said they’d tell the next shift. No coffee in room as advertised. Just terrible

Liked: The breakfast was great.
Disliked: We did not like the location. The service road is not easy to navigate. Our TV keep going off but was repaired quickly. Our checkin took much longer than was neccessary because the new staff had not been properly trained. When we bought snacks he did not know how to charge them. Residence Inn does not leave coffee out all day as most hotels/motels do. Residence Inn does not leave the lemon water out long enough. As I observed;, the check in employee has plenty of time to accomplish this.

When problems reported the staff...

Liked: Breakfast was good despite the attitude of staff handling the service. Coffee was often very watered down with grounds.
Disliked: Elevator was out of service for all 5 days. Water leaking from ceiling after room above took shower. Reported and general manager came and never got back to us. Pool had stuff on bottom and when reported was not removed from pool. When asking for pool towel at desk was given 2 bathmats and told nothing else available as elevator out of service. I had to use stairs for stay am not sure why housekeeping couldn't do same. One manager seemed to be doing all the work while many other employees have attitudes (especially the individuals responsible for breakfast).
