Liked: The only reason I gave the property an 8 was due to the fact that the room had a ton of fragrance sprayed in it. As soon as we entered I could smell the heavy scent and I am highly allergic to that type of spray. So my stay was impacted by that the whole time. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff were so lovely.
Disliked: The heavy freeze type scent

No access to reaching someone...

Disliked: We had made reservations and paid for a 3 night stay in this establishment 6 months ago through booking.com. Flight delays made it till we couldn't arrive till the Saturday morning after our anticipated Friday check in. Though I tried many times to reach the front desk, it was virtually impossible. Reaching out to the general manager via social media accounts, referred to an assistant GM with no reply at all. So we were told we would have to pay all over again, but they'd match bookings.com price. So at this point in time, we have paid for the room twice(once at hotels.com and once again at the front desk)and were told to go back to hotels.com to get a refund. Not a good partner for hotels.com

Perfectly PERFECT Location for Carousing...

Liked: Perfectly perfect location for our needs. Loved the valet service, which was OUTSTANDING!! The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was perfectly fine. It offered a variety of fresh items. All staff who encountered were very friendly and professional. The lobby was welcoming.
Disliked: Price was outrageous

I liked being so close...

Liked: I was able to check in early so we could get ready to attend a wedding. Front check in excellent.
