We had a very positive experience with this hotel. The parking ramp we used was connected to the hotel so we didn't need to carry our luggage outside (it was snowing); the continental breakfast buffet was delicious and had something for everyone! The staff was very polite and helpful with getting us a ride to and from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I truly enjoyed the whole experience.

A wonderful hotel

Liked: The Residence Inn is a beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Minneapolis. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was ample. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Minneapolis.

Liked: Such a convenient location. Friendly staff and clean facilities.
Disliked: Our room was nearly perfect except the shower door created a loud popping sound when it was closing.

Great staff and location

Liked: GREAT staff! They were all helpful and kind. The breakfast was average, but fine. The location is central.
Disliked: The parking is a little pricey, but not terrible.
