Liked: The hotel was beautiful. Very nice room.. Location was great also.
Disliked: Wish the breakfast was served until 1030 am. Missed out on it the 2nd morning.

Disliked: I think could be better to provide at all times free coffee, tea and chocolate machine as a part of welcome and convenient, like most of hotels offered and mostly with this cold weatherMore variety of hot breakfast menu, Pool heater water wasn't hot enough for the weather, not enough pool towels for residents

Perfect location since I was...

Liked: Breakfast was convenient and actually quite good. Good options.
Disliked: dishes left in dishwasher. Didn't look at them to see if they were washed or not, just closed the door.

Not upfront with pet charges

Liked: The room was nice and the breakfast offerings very good.
Disliked: Property said pet friendly but made no mention of a $100 cleaning fee when booking which the front desk wanted to charge for the one night we were staying. It was a surprise at check in and had I know I would have booked elsewhere.

Passable

Disliked: I was charged twice for this 5-night stay: once with Booking.com and then again as I checked out of the Residence Inn by Marriott Milwaukee West. That is unacceptable. As a result of this costly error I will never use Booking.com again. I can't afford it.

It was awful!

Disliked: in-room phone not working; tv remote not working; coffee maker not working-despite repeatedly calling it to the attention of the staff

Liked: What we, as a traveling family appreciated the most was the early checkin and late check out. We arrived earlier than expected since traffic across 4 states was great. And was able to wait out a snow storm with late checkout. Loved it
