Liked: Staff was amazing. After being there only minutes I made a great connection with Sharron. I saw her everyday for our entire stay (4 days). It was like having family take care of you (but better because we stayed here vs staying with MIL). The housekeeping and maintenance people were great with requests. The breakfast offerings were amazing. We will never be staying with my MIL again, we will always stay here going forward.

Worst experience Ive ever experienced when it came to customer service in my entire life!!!!
Liked: The area
Disliked: The lady behind the counter Sharon. She had to be the worst hotel representative Ive ever experienced in my entire life! She was abruptly rude from the beginning of our conversation. Sharon tried to accuse me of stealing a card to pay for my reservation. This was absurd to me because I gave her the information that she asked me for. She was very sarcastic and insanely inappropriate towards my girlfriend. Sharon also apparently does not know how to do basic math. When I asked how much was the total for the room, she first said it was $210. On the Booking app, where I made the reservation, the price was initially 159.99 including taxes. Not knowing this information, the card declined. However, after we was told this information, she told us the price was $220 all of a sudden. When asked why is it $220 now instead of $210, Sharon stated verbatim the $210 rounded up to $220. From my knowledge, a hotel prices does not round up to the nearest ten or hundreds. I dont think anywhere does anything like that. After being told this, me and my girlfriend simply just left the hotel. Sharon should not be someone that represents the first face you see when you walk into the hotel. She is going to say she felt threatened and all of this about how I made her uncomfortable. She created the uncomfortableness on herself simply from showing unacceptable customer service. Nothing was said to her to feel threatened as well.
