The best hotel I’ve ever...

Liked: Every staff member was so friendly and accommodating! Even the cleaning lady asked us if we needed anything extra for our room. Breakfast was also great and loved the view of the golf course. The complete kitchen was really nice with silverware, pans, plates, cups, etc. This was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
Disliked: The pillows were not that comfortable. Would have liked them fluffier.

Liked: We enjoy our stay, very clean and very friendly staff.
Disliked: Only bad side is a breakfast, is not kids friendly, no kids yogurt, no kids cereal, no bread only muffins and bagels. Not good variety.

The hotel from hell.

Liked: They had a charger for electric cars.
Disliked: The lack of cleanliness. The broken furniture (drawers broken). The mini fridge did not stay cold. The room was extremely hot. There was a hole in the air conditioner vent. There were stains on the couch. The bed was uncomfortable to sit on. There was no water in the pool and hot. We asked for a refund and were given the run around. We didn’t stay there! We left ten minutes after arriving!

Liked: Location, staff friendly, amenities.
Disliked: Generally the hotel is clean, but there were areas, like the trash can in front of the elevators that was full often during our stay (not a great first impression) not sure how often the hallways and main areas of the rooms are vacuumed as they had visible dust balls.
