Disliked: Shower Unclean and broken items. Had to be moved to another room because they had no maintenance man onsite to fix the items. In the second room my husband had to fix the toilet and the bathroom light worked like a strobe light, awful

Liked: Clean property, good area very conveniently located. The breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Inside the elevator it was very hot and in the hallway is was very warm as well

Disliked: United is very old because of the very high price. I won't visit the Residence Line again. Because of the smell of food in the hallways and the changed my parking fee even when I'm the not has a cars

Disliked: I was charged twice after I had paid on booking they asked for my card and charged my card but the room was paid for through this site

Disliked: I'm handicap and had to walk from across the street due to no parking spots.
