It´s a good option to...

Liked: I had an issue with one of the elevators. I got stucked inside for half hour. It was necessary the Fire Dept to open the doors. The staff offered me a daily as compensation. Apart this problem, all the rest was good.
Disliked: As I wrote ,the incident with the elevator that didn´t like. But the staff tried to solve as soon as possible.

We had bed bugs in...

Disliked: We had bed bugs in the bed. My daughter was bite numerous of times. Checked out went to another hotel.
