Liked: Very good service, very good reception,couldn't do enough to accommodate.
Disliked: How far from the Airport on the website asked if we needed a shuttle I clicked yes on their home page only to find out on arrival they didn't have one. Quite disappointed.

Disliked: The receptionist behaviour was unprofessional,rude,not friendly and not welcoming..She denied to give the rooms despite having 2 teen girls and my wife with me..she dint bother to allocate a room for us despite paying money in advance.

Liked: Everything!!! Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, very clean from the time you walked in. My family and I asked to check in early from a cruise because our previous hotel was cancelled due to boiler issues. And the receptionist was very understanding and accommodated and allowed us to check in.
Disliked: Only 1 thing... pillows to soft.

Liked: Spacious rooms.
Disliked: We were provided a ADA accessible room (not requested) which had a drain in the middle of bathroom floor. Water from shower went all over the bathroom floor. ADA room layout not very good. We asked for standard room but told not available first night.
