Front desk staff unprofessional, manager...

Liked: Room, pool and location.
Disliked: Worst staff ever! First time I paid before arriving to checkin, front desk insisted I didn’t paid. I show her my transaction and receipt email, but the said booking need to call directly the hotel. I received emails saying that Booking communicated with hotel but I was waiting for a response for almost 3 hours. Then I received an email from booking my reservation was canceled… manager and supervisor never showed up. Another 3 different persons were complaining about other stuff. My friends arrive later than me, they don’t wanted my friends to stay in the second room even when I let them know with their names and let the key in front desk.
