Disliked: I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.After sleeping in the room, I woke up with multiple red, itchy bites all over my body, which strongly suggest a bed bug infestation. This caused me great discomfort during my vacation and even after returning home.When I reported the issue, I expected a professional response, but instead, no one gave me a response . For a hotel of this standard, this is absolutely unacceptable.Travelers deserve a clean and safe environment when booking a room. I strongly urge management to take this issue seriously, as it not only affects guests’ health but also the hotel’s reputation.I cannot recommend this hotel until they resolve this serious hygiene problem.
