Liked: Breakfast was good, beds comfy, hotel clean, gym good
Disliked: The staff were dismissive when I had a problem they kept telling me I was wrong until eventually they accepted I was right. Very bad customer service to dismiss a customer like that.

Disliked: I was charged by the hotel double saying my credit card did not go through. I paid on the counter after arrival . but when I went to room, found that booking. Com has already received my full payment. I am still struggling how to get my double payment back. Can hotel management coordinate it with booking.com?
