Very good
Liked: We took suite with 2 beds. Suite includes living room and kitchen. Really nice and big. Breakfast was included in room price. It is basic, but acceptable.
Disliked: Parking should be paid even it is Doral, and similar hotels offer parking for free.

Weekend stay in Doral/West Miami
Liked: Size of the Queen suite, kitchen facilities, and breakfast buffet.
Disliked: I had checked in online but when taking receipt of my room keys had to check in with my credit card again. The following action was my mistake whereby I used the first card out of my wallet being different that I had used when checking in online. So I had a hold for the cost of the stay on both cards. Later on the staff member stated that he did not see I had already checked in. Lesson learned.

Only complaint was the communication....
Liked: Breakfast was ok, location was a problem was not informed by evening staff of the Uber service. We were not driving and had to walk quite far to get something to eat.
Disliked: The morning staff Jose was much friendlier.

Disliked: Not a lot in walking distance. I went on a cruise so I didn't plan on. Renting a car. But I did want to see parts of Miami

Mediocre and disappointing!
Liked: Filler foods, fake juice very little “real” healthy available
Disliked: Nothin impeccable in room. Cleanliness did nos tans out.No cart available for hours, the personnel really did not care. Had to make four trips to bring belongings to the room trough the elevator. Told the front desk they did not even show concern rather “tough luck” attitude.Also was told the $8.00 “stick up” parking fee was included in the reservation to later be charged a second time. Will not be staying there again.Asking photos of my stay, must be an extremely bad joke!
