Only complaint was the communication....

Liked: Breakfast was ok, location was a problem was not informed by evening staff of the Uber service. We were not driving and had to walk quite far to get something to eat.
Disliked: The morning staff Jose was much friendlier.

Liked: Wonderful hotel with a great and helpful staff!!!
Disliked: Not a lot in walking distance. I went on a cruise so I didn't plan on. Renting a car. But I did want to see parts of Miami

Mediocre and disappointing!

Liked: Filler foods, fake juice very little “real” healthy available
Disliked: Nothin impeccable in room. Cleanliness did nos tans out.No cart available for hours, the personnel really did not care. Had to make four trips to bring belongings to the room trough the elevator. Told the front desk they did not even show concern rather “tough luck” attitude.Also was told the $8.00 “stick up” parking fee was included in the reservation to later be charged a second time. Will not be staying there again.Asking photos of my stay, must be an extremely bad joke!

Disliked: Beds said queen size when booked but when arrived they were full size. Uncomfortable to sleep in for two people.
