Liked: Carl in reception was exceptional. Such a wonderful, friendly and helpful person.Hotel Location was very good and had a good breakfast.
Disliked: I’m checking in the late staff couldn’t find the missing remote for the tv nor find a replacement. When needing to make an outside phone call the reception staff didn’t know how the phone worked or how to get an outside line..

Friendly and helpful staff.

Liked: Staff were friendly and very helpful. Decore was tried but functional. Hence, quite expensive for what we got.
Disliked: Location was one a block out of the main tourist area, so we made sure we didn't walk after dark.
