Liked: Great stay from start to finish—clean rooms, friendly staff, and the breakfast was way better than expected!
Disliked: The beds were a little too firm for my taste, but that was the only minor downside in an otherwise great stay.

Disliked: Our door was very hard to get unlocked. We had the front desk guy come down who also had a problem with it but didn’t do anything about it. It took us around 5 minutes to get the door open each time we wanted to go in.
