Great place for families.

Liked: The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing

I love coming to the...

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful at all hours.
Disliked: Should have welcoming bags for dog show and poop bags available for people to pick up after their dogs. I picked up 2 piles of someone else’s poop. Because I want to be able to stay at a nice hotel like yours!:)

Great hotel. Very comfortable and...

Liked: It was quiet and I loved the fireplace and I was able to relax and enjoy my stay
Disliked: My key card stopped working and I was locked out.

OKAY stay.

Liked: Pretty building, awkward parking with other cars with trailers. Room was nice.
Disliked: Front desk unprofessional and location not great. I felt like family was living in the location in the breakfast area and around the location. Not as professional as I expected. I felt a bit nervous.

Disliked: the damn $500 deposit fee and the rude ass customer service

Liked: Location close to convention center was great. Room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: Aircraft noise(duh....airport adjacent).Mismatched light bulb colors. Kitchen light flickered and cabinets were.in poor condition.

Frustration

Liked: Size of room and breakfast
Disliked: They totally botched the reservation and charged me for two nights that were prepaid via points. My wife is still trying to get the manager to refund my credit card for the improper charges.
