Decent stay, but had expected...

Liked: The room had a kitchenette and was well equipped with utensils etc. There was a laundry room on our floor so it was convenient to get our laundry done. Ample parking available. Safe neighbourhood.
Disliked: 1. They had a barn door for the bathroom. The night we checked in, the door in my room was broken. But the staff said they couldn't do anything at that time and they had no other room available. So we had to survive the night with a non functional bathroom door. Even the next morning, i literally had to beg the receptionist to call the handyman and get the door done on a urgent basis. They should have been more prompt about this. 2. Breakfast could have been better. On weekdays the breakfast timing was upto 9am. But 5 mins before 9, staff would start clearing up the items, so one had to literally grab all what one needed and place it on his / her table. 3. There was no one is housekeeping before 9.30 am and late evening. So whatever one needed , one had to walk up to the reception to get it.4. Housekeeping is done on alternate days.5. poorly lit room. I had to shift a lampshade to another area to make the light a bit better

Liked: Very clean and pretty decent breakfast. Would stay here again.
Disliked: There was no accessible outlet on my wife's side of the bed...so you know how that went..Otherwise, great stay!

Should we have a need...

Liked: My husband and I stayed here for 5 days, during a personal business trip, and I must say that in all of my 33+ years of traveling as an adult, this was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. This property is also super convenient if you’d like to visit the local beaches (Imperial Beach, El Segundo Beach, Manhattan, Redondo and Torrance Beaches.
Disliked: Sometimes you could hear the Metro rail passing by, however it wasn’t as loud as a cargo train.

Liked: Friendly staff, smelled beautiful, comfortable beds, reasonable price point, our room had full sized fridge with icemaker stove top and dishwasher which was perfect for our needs, they offer free crib/ pack n play, fantastic breakfast with variety of options great for families- waffles oatmeal yogurts eggs potatoes sausage bagels toast muffins fruit juice coffee milk and dairy free milk options, nice pool area, self serve laundry options- 1 load is $4 to wash and $4 to dry the staff were kind enough to break change since I didn't have enough quarters and they sell single serving detergent as well. Location felt safe and access to public transport and shopping nearby was convenient. Overall we would definitely reccomend and would stay here again.
