Disliked: I think guests should be asked if they want their room cleaned. My room wasn't cleaned, and my trash that needed to be thrown out. I think even if you don't want to clean rooms every day, you should at least dump trash and replace towels for guests.

Good stay

Liked: Breakfast very nice lots food.
Disliked: I had hip surgery ask for ADA Unit so I can walk in the shower, but they gave me regular tube they put a seat on tub. This was very difficult and frustrating water was leak out tub , I slip getting out. I told front desk there solution was to give me more towels. Need to pay attention to the customer needs.

Liked: I checked out as soon as I checked in never stayed the night but still got charged. I saw people not staying at the hotel let in by staff to swimm and party it was packed at the pool because of this
