Liked: Ms Lawrence, the receptionist who gave delighted solution to us when we checked in. The booked room was not ready although we came around 7pm. We accepted her offering to up grade the room with additional fee.
Disliked: 1. The situation when room up grade offering was cancelled by another hotel staff, although it had been mentioned to us as solution to overcome unavailable booked room when we checked in the evening. However we finally got the up graded room that had been offered2. There was a plate which still dirty in the room. It had a brown stan on the plate, so disgussting

Comfortable, well equipped.

Liked: Good size well equipped room. Breakfast was adequate. Clean room.
Disliked: Carpet in hallway needs replacing, rippling made pushing suitcases difficult.
