Not what you would expect...

Liked: close to the airport.complimentary shuttles to the airport.large room!
Disliked: The desk clerk named Lorraine was impatient had a negative attitude and not welcoming at all.we had a room for five including a sofa bed.we had to wait an hour from the moment we called to get linens for the sofa bed. and were blamed that we didn't ask up a head for the sofa bed to be made out even though they knew we were five persons in a double queen bed room.the breakfast is minimal.

Liked: Big, clean room, big toilet, good AC and noise insulation, good shower. Took the free shuttle from airport to hotel and reached quickly, very close to airport. Can order from Uber eats to hotel. Breakfast was good with lots of items and service was fast, didn't have to wait on Sunday.
Disliked: Sofa bed was not so comfortable but ok.

Disliked: It has been a month since I stayed at the hotel, and I still haven’t received the refund for the deposit of $351.61 that I was required to leave.And I stayed at this hotel with my baby — I was traveling alone with three suitcases and asked for help to bring them up to my room. The manager, an Asian woman (I don’t remember her name), said no because that service was not included in the hotel.The next day, I had to leave at 4 a.m., so the night before I left my three suitcases at the front desk. However, when I was leaving, they only wanted to return two of them.
