Great hotel stay!
Liked: The hotel is clean and nice and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was also very tasty and so many options.
Disliked: We liked everything.

Bad customer service. Needs training...

Disliked: Horrible customer service, bad experience. Upon arriving the front desk employee was frustrated didn't tell me what she was doing ran my card charging me for the room when it was already paid in full. Then argued with me. And kept saying if they refund me I would have to leave. ? I drove 11 hrs where would I go at 8pm with my family. Instead of relaxing after 11 hours of driving I was on the phone and back to the front desk tring to resolve the matter, they kept saying I didn't prepay. Next day again the manager said I didn't prepay. Then 10 minutes later called me back to apologize die the misunderstanding as they didn't know the code it was reading meant it had been paid in full. I was out $600.00 for 10 days. What a headache. Staff needs to be trained to have people customer service skills and learn all codes shameful. Worst ecperience.
