Nice hotel, breakfast service can...

Liked: The hotel was perfect, the receptionist and security were extremely helpful and supportive.
Disliked: The service taking care of the breakfast buffet was in a rush and took off the food before the breakfast time was over. We arrived ay 09:15 am and everything was already removed (breakfast ends at 09:30 am). Ayer we requested the to bring some food, they brought it.

Liked: How big the room was. Also, how it had two different bathrooms, so we could still have some privacy even though we were staying with a friend.
Disliked: Could have been a bit cleaner. The beds were not soft enough for my liking. But that is just me, I like a really soft bed.

Liked: light in bathroom came on.periodlically and woke me up several times when i.turned.in bed. i had to.get up and switch it off. really did.not get a good night rest.

Liked: Loved the place, very clean and spacious. We were in town for a medical reason so the place was comfortable enough for someone who just got out the OR, cleaning staff and front desk super nice attentive. Overall I would definitely go back there.

Liked: We have stayed here several times. This is our perfect precruise hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and the gardens are absolutely lovely. We love the location. Very convenient to Hofs House and Lucille’s bbq, 2 of our favorites. We have never had an issue with parking. In the past we have stayed closer to the port, but find this to be a much better bang for the buck.
