Worst possible ever - Stay...
Liked: Transferred me to another hotel on day of trip without notice or options. The hotel I was transferred to had a room with no air conditioning ( property was Marriott London Bridge). Made me wait for an hour because I was early check in ( was expecting some flexibility since they didn’t exactly hold up their end of the bargain) It was very evident they were testing me out to see if I would take it. They finally moved me to a room which was what was expected in the first place but behaved as if they were doing me a favor. Looks like a scam that they run regularly. I have been in properties worldwide from multiple hotel chains. By far my worst experience ever

Great location. Would stay again...
Liked: Great location in Bermondsey.Had a family room with a separate sleeping area & kitchenette.Nice restaurant area & really convenient to local restaurants in a lovely area.Lovely pastries for breakfast.Staff helpful.Hotel set back from the street ,so no cars passing by.
Disliked: Not much room around the main bed in any direction - a bit cosy.Breakfast was very busy on one of two mornings so queuing for a table and had to ask for cutlery, plates etc as rather hectic. Breakfast area layout for cooked breakfast rather awkward as area a bit compact.Bathroom small.

The hotel is up there...
Liked: The unit was very well equipped in the kitchen area if you had wanted to cook. Bathroom small but nice. It was good to have a comfortable couch to relax on as well. We liked the room and the separated bedroom. Location was a good walk to the tube but locally there were plenty of restaurants and a small Waitrose not too far away. Generally the location felt nice and safe. Breakfast was nice and there was an indication of busy times published so you could avoid queues in the breakfast room. Staff at breakfast were lovely. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The Heat pump/ air conditioning unit was very noisy and it would be too noisy to use at night and even in the daytime. really. It was annoying. Not sure if this was just in our room and luckily we didn't have to use it The hotel gave us a small heater just in case we were cold.

Simply great stay!
Liked: Residence Inn London Tower Bridge is simply a lovely hotel! Everything was as it should be. Seamless and friendly check-in. Amazing, clean and comfortable room, tasty and plentiful breakfast and great location (10 minutes walk from Tower Bridge underground). Not to mention great price. Also special mention to Keerthi and Srathy - both were very friendly, helpful and professional and made our stay even more comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing.

It was ok but we...
Liked: The hotel was close to Tower Bridge. Most parts of the city were relatively easy to reach by public transport. The room was clean.
Disliked: This hotel feels much more like a 3-star than a 4-star. Our room was extremely small. We were three people, including our 10-year-old daughter, and the sofa bed in the living area made the space even more cramped. The ceiling was very low — I could touch it without stretching (I’m 180 cm tall). The bed was too soft for my taste. There was very little storage space, especially for three people. The bathroom was so tiny, it felt like we were on a ship.Breakfast was not very generous. Scrambled eggs were offered only once, and they were inedible. One day there was no butter, and on another day there were no napkins — they handed out torn pieces of paper towel instead.
